Capture event revenue through automated abandoned cart email journeys and more! 💸

All Front Gate Ticket users who've implemented Hive's SDK events integration can now set up automated abandoned cart & completed order email journeys to engage and capture revenue from event customers. We're working towards making this feature available for Hive users on other ticketing platforms as well - so stay tuned!

To set up an abandoned cart or completed order journey, click Email Journeys in the left sidebar > click + New Email Journey button > click the Events entry trigger > select which events entry trigger you'd like to apply to your journey.

Search event name and create segments based on keywords 🔍

To let you more easily search and segment your list, you can now filter your contact list based on keywords in event names synced into Hive from CSVs, Eventbrite or the Hive SDK, e.g. artist or festival.

Use this filter to create Live Segments based on keywords in events that you often use to target email campaigns to streamline the process of creating artist, festival, genre, or venue segments.

Find the 'Purchased tickets for event name containing' filter in your Contact List or when creating a Segment by viewing all filters, clicking Event Data > Purchased Ticket(s) > Purchased tickets for event name containing. Once you've selected the filter, you can enter any keyword from your event names.
