We've made some changes to our Segments page so that you can now choose to create a Live or Static segment on the same page with the click of a button!
A quick refresher; a segment is a group of subscribers that meet the requirements of the filters that you've chosen.
To create a segment; click the Segments page, then click the blue + New Segment button. Type in the name of your segment, then choose between creating either a Live or Static segment. Once you've selected your segment type, you can choose from our hundreds of filters to apply to the segment.

You can now choose whether you want elements of your email to show on only mobile, only desktop, or both, letting you specifically style element for different screens.

To let you more easily search and segment your list, you can now filter your contact list based on keywords in event names synced into Hive from CSVs, Eventbrite or the Hive SDK, e.g. artist or festival.
Use this filter to create Live Segments based on keywords in events that you often use to target email campaigns to streamline the process of creating artist, festival, genre, or venue segments.
Find the 'Purchased tickets for event name containing' filter in your Contact List or when creating a Segment by viewing all filters, clicking Event Data > Purchased Ticket(s) > Purchased tickets for event name containing. Once you've selected the filter, you can enter any keyword from your event names.Read More
