In addition to triggering your email automations based on subscribers who enter or exit a segment, you can now set the trigger of your email journey to all subscribers already in a segment
For example, if you have a live segment that already has subscribers in it, you can set this segment as the Entry Trigger. All subscribers who are already in the segment will be pushed into the email journey, along with all new subscribers that enter that segment as well.Read More
Abandoned Ticketing Order email journeys for all Eventbrite users can now be triggered to automatically stop sending abandoned cart emails to subscribers if your event is sold out. We're working towards making this feature available for Hive users on other ticketing platforms as well - so stay tuned!
To set up this type of journey, click Email Journeys in the left sidebar > click + New Email Journey button > click the Events entry trigger > then click Abandoned Ticketing Order as the entry trigger. Next, click the Global Rules button > add the rule Event is sold out? to your journey.

On your segments Segments page, you can now choose to create a Live or Static segment on the same page with the click of a button!
A quick refresher; a segment is a group of subscribers that meet the requirements of the filters that you've chosen.
To create a segment; click the Segments page, then click the blue + New Segment button. Type in the name of your segment, then choose between creating either a Live or Static segment. Once you've selected your segment type, you can choose from our hundreds of filters to apply to the segment.
